My Independent Presidential Agenda

Introduction:

Hi, I am His Royal Highness,  Prince Adam Bin Alwaleed.

I am the eldest son of Saudi Royal Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal.
I was born out of wedlock, from my American Mother, Dmae L. Coleman,
back in 1972. My mother and my Saudi Prince Father met in Tucson, AZ after going to one of the University of Arizona's many house-parties approximately 10-11 months prior to my birth, and at some point late that night, cops busted the house-party and arrested all of the participants for lack of liquor licenses, underage alcohol consumption among other charges.
Back then, around 1971, The Tucson, AZ Government didn't have a proper Juvenile Hall or jail set up, they used an old Army barracks, with 12 foot tall chain linked fence with razor wire on the top, between the female and the male sides.

Predictions:

*Providing Universal Healthcare to ALL!

Universal healthcare is a system providing medical services to all residents regardless of their ability to pay, typically funded through taxes or mandatory insurance. It ensures access to necessary care without causing financial hardship, covering services from prevention to treatment. Key models include single-payer (government-funded), social health insurance, and public, nationalized

Access: Ensures all residents can obtain medical services.
Financial Protection: Protects individuals from ruinous health costs.
Types of Systems:
Single-Payer (e.g., Canada): Government pays for care, often via private providers.
Beveridge Model (e.g., UK): Government provides, owns, and manages the care.
Social Health Insurance (e.g., Germany): Mandatory insurance via employers.
Equity: Focuses on health as a right, aiming to reduce disparities.

**Universal Food Assistance:
Universal food assistance primarily refers to programs providing free, nutritious meals to all participants, regardless of income, most notably California's Universal Meals Program (UMP). Established in 2022-23, this initiative mandates that all public schools, county offices of education, and charter schools offer free breakfast and lunch to all students.

Key components of universal food assistance include:
School Meals for All: California's program builds on federal National School Lunch (NSLP) and School Breakfast Programs (SBP), ensuring that no student is stigmatized for needing free meals.
Widespread Implementation: California is a leader, but other states are adopting similar models to reduce food insecurity, improve diet quality, and enhance academic performance.
Additional Resources: Beyond school, programs like SUN Bucks provide summer food benefits, while CalFresh (federal SNAP) and the California Food Assistance Program (CFAP) serve low-income households.
Senior Support: Food assistance, including home-delivered meals, is available for older adults (aged 60+).

These programs aim to eliminate the gap between hunger and access to food, ensuring that school children and vulnerable populations have consistent access to nutrition.

***Universal Housing Programs
What does universal housing mean?
As universal public housing is meant for all incomes with different rents, those who earn more will contribute what they can and effectively subsidise those on lower incomes (National Economic and Social Council, 2014). Once built costs are repaid, any surplus can go into the funding of new social housing.

Universal Base Income
Universal Basic Income (UBI) is a government program providing regular, unconditional cash payments to all citizens, regardless of income, wealth, or employment status. Designed to ensure a basic standard of living, it is individual-based, recurring, and aims to reduce poverty, income volatility, and economic inequality.

Key Characteristics of UBI
Universal: Provided to all members of a specific population.
Unconditional: No work requirements, means testing, or behavior restrictions.
Regular Payment: Provided on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Cash Transfer: Direct, unrestricted cash payments.
Individual-based: Paid to individuals, not households.

Common Goals and Arguments
Reducing Poverty: Ensuring no one falls below a basic, decent standard of living.
Automation Response: Mitigating job losses caused by advancing technology.
Simplifying Welfare: Replacing complex, conditional welfare systems with a straightforward payment.
Economic Stability: Reducing income volatility for families.

Examples and Context
While no country has implemented a full-scale nationwide UBI, various pilots exist. The most notable long-term example is the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend, which has paid residents a yearly dividend based on mineral royalties since 1982. Similar, though often targeted, "guaranteed income" pilots have been launched in U.S. cities like Stockton and in states like California.

****Regulating Artificial Intelligence:

Regulating Artificial intelligence

AI regulation in 2026 is shifting from a patchwork of state-level laws toward a centralized U.S. federal approach, aiming to foster innovation while managing risks. Key actions include an executive order by President Trump blocking state-level AI restrictions to create a uniform national policy. Federal focus is on voluntary industry commitments, data privacy, and sector-specific guardrails for high-impact AI, while the EU has established a comprehensive risk-based legal framework.
Current Laws & Regulations:
Federal Focus: The US approach prioritizes safety, algorithmic bias reduction, and data privacy, with oversight focused on high-impact AI in healthcare and finance.
State Activity: Prior to 2026, states like California and Illinois passed specific laws on algorithmic discrimination, worker data privacy, and biometric data.
International Approach: The EU AI Act (2024) provides a comprehensive, risk-based framework.
Approaches to Regulation:
Voluntary Guidelines: The U.S. has heavily relied on industry-driven voluntary commitments and best practices.
Sector-Specific Regulation: Rather than one overarching law, regulations are often applied within existing sectors (e.g., health insurance, finance).
Risk-Based Frameworks: Identifying high-impact systems (e.g., in critical infrastructure) and applying stricter rules to them.
Key Challenges & Drawbacks:
Fragmented Regulation: A patchwork of state laws, before being blocked, created compliance challenges for companies.
Innovation vs. Restriction: Over-regulation may stifle development and restrict the growth of AI infrastructure.
Technological Uncertainty: Rapid advancements make it difficult for legislation to keep pace with capabilities.
Public and Political Sentiment:
There is bipartisan agreement on the need for guardrails, particularly in high-impact areas.
Debate exists over federal pre-emption, with some state officials arguing that federal orders limiting state actions violate the separation of powers.

The future landscape involves a delicate balance between encouraging AI adoption and managing risks, with a strong push for a unified national strategy in the United States.

*****Implementing the widespread use of Solar Charging and WIND powered Charging Vehicles and Aircraft:
Examples:
I will be regulating and Implementing Federal Standards for NEW Electric Vehicles that are completely Self-Charging; Using Alternators placed at the front and rear wheels which charge the vehicle's batteries as it drives. As a backup system for daytime use, Solar Charging Panels will be placed on all flat surfaces of each vehicle which will charge batteries.
During the Nighttime, both Wind Turbines and Alternators at tje wheels, will charge the batteries.

Officially Retire The Whitehouse
As US President, I am going to officially retire the Whitehouse and turn it into a Museum, for the people to be able to tour.

Environmental Regulations:

I, Adam Bin Alwaleed will be implementing the use of Higher absorbency disposable diapers, from birth to Death.

Infant and toddler diapers:  starting with absorbency levels at 120 Milliliters and going up to 250 Milliliters for overnight.

Adult diapers
Adult diapers starting out at 1,000 Milliliters minimum for daytime and going up to 7,000 Milliliters for 14 hours use, 6,500 Milliliters for 12 hour use.

Purpose: To reduce the amount of soiled diapers, feminine pads being thrown away that take between 500 and 2,000 years to decomp (if at all)

Implementing Clean-Air Solutions: (Reducing dependence on Oil, and reducing noise)

Instituting New Constitutional Amendments that prevent Felons from becoming US Presidents and new federal regulations that force vigorous mental health checks for Sociopathic Narcissism in ALL Government Jobs and positions of power: (Convening Constitutional Congress Members to implement these necessary changes)

Integrating new U.S. Constitutional amendments requires a rigorous process under Article V, necessitating proposal by two-thirds of Congress (or a national convention) and ratification by three-fourths of state legislatures or conventions. Once ratified, the archivist of the United States certifies and publishes the amendment, formally integrating it into the Constitution.
National Conference of State Legislatures
National Conference of State Legislatures

Key Aspects of Integrating Amendments:
Ratification Threshold: Amendments become part of the Constitution upon approval by 38 of the 50 states.
Time Limits: Beginning with the 18th Amendment, Congress often imposes a seven-year deadline for ratification.
Integration Method: Amendments are traditionally appended to the end of the document rather than integrated into the original text, though scholars suggest a hybrid approach using "redline" instructions for future updates.
Challenges: The process is designed to be difficult, with intense partisan divides often making success rare, exemplified by the stalled Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

Once certified, new amendments hold the same legal authority as the original Constitution, requiring immediate compliance and potential judicial interpretation.
